Search Queries
A name, location, or other term entered in a search tool is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. Hamilton County Recent Arrests does not store or log those query terms on its own systems. The provider's policy governs its receipt and use of the query.
Messages and Contact Submissions
Email and contact-form messages are kept as needed to answer the sender and manage the exchange. They are not shared outside the organization unless required by law or valid legal process.
Technical Data Collected
Ordinary server and analytics systems may collect technical details when a page loads:
- The device's Internet Protocol address.
- Browser type and version.
- Device class and operating system.
- Pages viewed and time spent on them.
- The referring site, when supplied.
- Date and time stamps.
